STORY

Bay State renovated this residence to create a functional and modern space, for a busy family with children. The renovation included the kitchen, basement, and bathrooms.
The kitchen finishes consisted of white quartz countertops, new white shaker cabinets, and stainless appliances. The natural wood shelves and apron sink incorporate a warmth to the space.
Upon completing the renovation of the bathrooms, it felt larger with a full tub, shiplap backsplash covering the entire wall, custom made double sink vanity with high end faucets and a grand walk-in shower.
In the basement, the fireplace was salvaged, and we replaced the floor and the new white paint not only modernize the room but also enlarged it.
The clients were pleased with the work, the friendliness of the team, as well as how the team was able to complete everything before our estimated end date!
