Joyce Rd., Arlington Kitchen Remodeling

STORY

The team at Bay State Remodeling helped this client in Arlington, MA completely reinvent their kitchen and dining area. Tired of the dated kitchen that they had outgrown, the client was looking to brighten and enlarge their overall kitchen while also adding additional functionality and storage.

By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room and installing a new LVL beam for support, Bay State Remodeling was able to significantly expand the kitchen space and make room for a new, large island that spans almost the entire kitchen. In addition, the new island provided significantly more storage options for the client so they could keep things stored away and maintain a clean, crisp look throughout the kitchen.

To help make the kitchen feel even more open and breezy, the designers at Bay State Remodeling went with floating shelves instead of wall cabinets. The client also chose to go with a special color granite countertop that creates a strong contrast with the white cabinets. The granite countertops also incorporated colors from the paint on the walls to create a cohesive color scheme throughout the newly remodeled kitchen.

Overall, the client was thrilled with the bigger kitchen and expanded island. They are looking forward to sharing the new space with family and friends. The entire remodel was completed in under 3 months.
