Harvey St. — Cambridge
A bathroom project in Cambridge by Bay State Remodeling.

Bay State Remodeling helped this client renovate their entire townhouse on Third Street in Cambridge, MA. Each of the three floors in the townhouse were updated to introduce a new, modern look throughout.
Space was crucial within the townhouse so Bay State Refinishing & Remodeling went into the project with the mindset to optimize the overall space as much as possible. Part of this plan was to remove the walls on the first floor that were enclosing the kitchen. The team at Bay State were able to create a complete open layout so the owners could maximize the amount of living space on the floor.
The exposed brick wall was an integral part of the overall design. Bay State’s designers were able to incorporate the wall into the overall design and accentuate it to make it a design feature throughout the townhouse. In addition, they were able to successfully convert the gas fireplace into a wood-burning fireplace for the cold Cambridge nights.
To maximize the space and functionality of the bathrooms, Bay State Remodeling went with custom cabinetry to fit the challenged space. With a gorgeous natural tone and complimenting sink and fixtures, the custom cabinetry adds beauty and functionality to the space-constrained bathrooms.
In total, the whole home remodel consistent of updating the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms and multiple closets.
