A call, then an on-site walkthrough, and a written Proposal — scope and pricing. A flat Design & Planning fee starts the design work and credits toward your total.
Design & Planning
Measurements, material selections, layout, and a full design package — floor plans and renderings — before a single tool is lifted.
Contract
When the design is locked, you sign a fixed-price contract — final scope, materials, and price confirmed before any demolition.
Construction
One project lead, one crew, weekly updates. Materials ordered and staged as you go; permits pulled before demo starts.
Completion
Punch-list walk, final inspection, and a written warranty on workmanship.

Bay State Remodeling is the general contracting arm of Bay State Holdings Group, the same company behind the Bay State Kitchen Gallery showroom in Waltham. We work on a short list of Greater Boston homes at a time, so one project lead can actually be on every job.
