Bay State Remodeling seamlessly blends rustic and modern design features in this bathroom remodel. The existing bathroom was stripped of tile, flooring and plumbing fixtures to create a clean space for a new design. A wall-hung vanity features a rustic wood front that adds texture and anchors the room’s color scheme. A large, lighted mirror over the vanity enhances natural light and illuminates the sink area. A glass shower front adds to the clean look. The clear glass allows a clear view of the mottled blending of grey, charcoal and tan of the shower tile and floor.
The dark matte finish on towel bars and plumbing fixtures contrasts with the crisp white bathtub, vanity top and toilet. The square-cut quartz sink countertop includes grey and charcoal veining that echoes the colors of the shower tile, floor and vanity. The angular countertop contrasts with the rounded forms of the tub and toilet. Colors, form and functionality are well balanced.
