Is the showroom the same company as the contractor?
Yes. One company, two names: Bay State Kitchen Gallery is the showroom, Bay State Remodeling is the licensed builder. One contract covers both.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our carpentry and finish work is performed by our own dedicated team, not a rotating cast of unknown crews. Licensed trades such as plumbing and electrical are coordinated and supervised by us.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. HIC 169948 and CSL CS-110634, verifiable at mass.gov. We provide a Certificate of Insurance on request.
Price and schedule

How does pricing work?
Your first payment is a flat Design and Planning fee that counts toward your project total. The Proposal is a firm price; the Contract confirms it after measurements. Plan for a possible deviation of up to 10 percent as budgeting guidance.
Is there an end date?
Yes, written into every Contract.
Getting started

Who will be in my home?
A dedicated field Project Manager, introduced before work starts, with carpentry and finish by our own dedicated team and the trades coordinated and supervised by us. An Operations Coordinator manages suppliers and scheduling after the Contract is signed.
