Selections happen in our Waltham showroom, Bay State Kitchen Gallery; the same company builds the work, with carpentry and finish by one dedicated team and the trades coordinated and supervised by us. Bay State Kitchen Gallery is at 145 Newton St., Suite 3, Waltham.
On-site construction runs 40 to 45 business days beginning with demolition, including the rough-inspection waiting period. That estimate does not include Design & Planning, Interior Design Services, or pre-construction phases. Typical ranges only. As standard budgeting guidance, plan for a possible deviation of up to 10%, since some conditions are only confirmed once the space is fully planned. Any changes you request are handled through change orders.
