STORY

Bay State Remodeling helped this client remodel their home for a more sophisticated look. The entire whole home remodel encompassed 1,120 square feet and included a bathroom, two bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining room, and foyer.

In the kitchen, the team at Bay State Remodeling replaced the existing vinyl flooring with new porcelain tiles to provide a modern, sophisticated look and finish. In addition, the team installed new cabinets along with under-cabinet lighting and replaced many of the crown moldings. To finish off the sleek appearance, new appliances were selected and installed as well as updates to the electrical wiring to accommodate everything.

In the bathrooms, Bay State Remodeling replaced the flooring as well as set up a hand shower and contemporary, two-way monitor, valve trim diverter in the shower stall. This allows for more precise temperature and volume control. The team also installed a customer shower door, two-piece toilet, and 24-inch pedal sink to complete the modern transformation. After careful deliberation and assurance of a safety plan, space was made to add a washer and dryer to the bathroom as well.

Other updates as part of this whole home remodel included installing base molding throughout the apartment and adding new window trim and door casings. The Bay State Remodeling team also replaced the vinyl flooring in the dining room with new, porcelain tiles as well as sanded down, stained, and finished the hardwood floors throughout the rest of the apartment.
