    The project

Bay State renovated 2 bathrooms, and 1 powder room in this house by adding new fixtures, paint, and lighting. The master bathroom included an expansive walk-in shower, with custom niche decked in Artic Quartz, which we also used to tie in the vanity countertop. The custom-made wood niche on the wall optimized the room and added more storage space. The tiles and new fixtures chosen brought in an updated and clean look to the bathroom.

Working within the existing spatial parameters in the guest bathroom, we used the Cava Calacatta Renoir Honed tile on the walls and floor, to give the room a high-end and clean look. The bathtub was refinished, and we added a new glass panel. The new vanity in Artic Quartz with the black matte cabinet has the contrast necessary to be the highlight the room. We used the Fior Di Bosco tile on the walls and floor, and the Tempo Rock couplet Thassos tile behind the vanity wall.
