Bynner St. — Jamaica Plain

This home on Bynner Street in Jamaica Plain now shines with a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathroom, along with a brand-new laundry room.

The client wanted an open kitchen connected to the dining room. We designed a new layout and broke down the work into clear tasks. The remodel included removing a load-bearing wall, with a structural engineer’s guidance to ensure safety. We provided an affidavit to the client beforehand for reassurance.

Our team handled the structural work, conducted multiple safety inspections, and installed new cabinets. We also replaced the countertops with marble and added premium fixtures.

The outdated bathroom received a full remodel, and the laundry room was relocated from the basement to a more accessible spot next to the new bathroom. This project involved coordination with electricians and plumbers to run the necessary lines. We also updated the space with new windows, fixtures, and flooring, enhancing both its beauty and functionality.
