As part of the Garland Road project in Newton, the attic, mudroom, and closet spaces were thoughtfully remodeled to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The attic space was transformed into a bright and open area, perfect for additional living or storage, with refinished hardwood floors and recessed lighting creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The mudroom was designed with practicality in mind, featuring built-in cabinetry, hooks, and a bench to provide ample storage for coats, shoes, and other essentials, while maintaining a clean and organized look. The walk-in closet was expanded and customized with built-in shelving, drawers, and hanging spaces, ensuring efficient use of space while offering plenty of storage options. Each of these areas seamlessly integrates into the overall design of the home, contributing to the home’s cohesive and polished feel.
