This Newton attic remodel transformed an unused space into a bright, functional retreat. With new hardwood floors, built-in storage, and a modern bathroom,…

At Bay State Remodeling, we turn unused spaces into functional and stylish areas. This project focused on making the most of an attic and basement, creating a modern and comfortable living space. *Attic Remodel: A New Primary Suite**
The attic was completely transformed to add useful and beautiful spaces. Primary Bathroom with Walk-In Closet & Laundry What used to be an empty attic is now a spacious primary bathroom with a walk-in closet and laundry area. The bold tile design, black and gold fixtures, and double shower system make this a relaxing and stylish retreat. Open Living Area with Deck Access The finished attic was opened up to create a bright and airy Primary bedroom with easy access to the outdoor deck. This change adds natural light and improves the flow of the home. *Basement Remodel: New Living Areas**
The basement was redesigned to create more useful spaces for work and relaxation. Private Bedroom & Music Room A once-unifished basement now includes a cozy bedroom and a music room. These spaces provide privacy and flexibility, perfect for guests or hobbies. Home Office with Glass Divider A brand-new office was added with a custom glass divider featuring sleek black framing. This keeps the space open and modern, making it a great place to work.

This project shows how smart design and expert work can make a home more functional and beautiful.
