Both. Selections happen in our Waltham showroom, Bay State Kitchen Gallery; the same company builds the work, with carpentry and finish by one dedicated team and the trades coordinated and supervised by us.
An addition or ADU needs its own scope, budget and permit review. For eligible protected-use ADUs outside Boston, the state size threshold is the smaller of 900 square feet and half the main home’s gross floor area. Boston has separate zoning. Confirm current rules for your address before committing to a design.
