Lower-Level Remodel

The entire lower level of this family home was remodeled to create spaces for relaxation and productivity. In addition to two new bedrooms for friends and family who visit regularly, the space now includes a cozy family room and fireplace perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

A roomy new workout area has eliminated the need for a gym membership. This exercise space has enough room for yoga mats, weights for strength training, or a low-impact elliptical or treadmill to help family members stay fit without leaving home.

A spacious laundry room with a new sink makes laundry chores a breeze, while the footprint allows enough space for a folding table, ironing board, or clothes steamer.
