    The project

Bay State Remodeling helped this software company make their move to Boston with a high-end office renovation. The owner contacted Bay State Remodeling looking to give his space a high-tech look and feel. Bay State Remodeling’s design and architectural services teams were up to the challenge.

The office remodel integrated multiple construction services including demolition, framework, insulation, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more. Structural beams were installed and foam insulation was used throughout to improve the overall energy efficiency of the space. Bay State Remodeling also helped create unique design elements with the glazing on the custom-made glass partitions as well as custom painting throughout.

In addition to the design and structural updates to help with the high-tech look and feel, Bay State Remodeling worked with the client to integrate smart features as well. For example, the lighting and blinds throughout the office are all smart and controllable via an app. In addition, the door locks can also be securely and conveniently managed via an app.
