    The project

After purchasing a new condo in Boston, MA, the client wanted to remodel the entire space to make it their own. The team worked closely with them to bring a contemporary, colonial-style home to life.

Nearly every room in the condo was remodeled. To brighten the space, recessed lighting was added throughout. The hardwood floors were refinished, restoring their shine, and fresh paint was applied. The bathroom received new plumbing fixtures and tile, while the kitchen was uplifted with new finishes. A walk-in closet was added to increase usability and boost the condo’s resale value.

Special materials were used to make the space unique. The herringbone layout of the tiles in the upper shower contrasted with the subway tiles below, creating a focal point in the bathroom. Gray-finish cabinetry paired with authentic colonial glass cabinet hardware brought a modern colonial feel to the kitchen.

The client loved how bright and functional the new condo turned out, with added cabinetry and a walk-in closet.
