We build every wet area to a layered waterproofing standard: Schluter® membrane, Wedi® shower system components, and RedGard® liquid waterproofing working together, so the room is protected in depth rather than relying on any single product. Tile work is coordinated and supervised by us.
On-site construction runs 40 to 45 business days beginning with demolition, including a 5 to 10 day rough-inspection waiting period. Glass and glazing work may take place at the very end of the project depending on fabrication lead times; this will not prevent you from using your new bathroom once the main construction is complete.
